  Authors Notes

  Readers,

Hey! Hello! This is the story you all have been asking and waiting for. Although the title says Sen & Neicey, this book will include cameos of couples from my previous books as well. At this point, you should have read three series to follow along with this stand alone. Starting with Speechless: When Love Hurts 1-3, I Was Never Supposed to Love You: Meechi & Erica’s Story 1-3, and Juvie & Solai: A Hood Love Story 1-4. To enjoy this novel in its entirety, it’s best that you start from where the characters were first introduced, if you have not already done so.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your support. You guys are amazing! To this day, I am in awe at how much love this couple has been shown. Sen & Neicey are my babies, okay? I have literally watched them grow from my very first book and I’m honored to have told their story; because we all know it had to be told. Not just because they have been talking to me since book 1, but because the message in this book is far beyond what I thought it would be. Plus, Sensay and his demanding, reckless mouth wouldn’t let me keep putting him and his boo’s story off. I pray you enjoy it, and go into this with an open heart and mind. Love you guys to pieces, and I hope you all enjoy! If you could, please be sure to leave a review when you finish!

  With love, BriAnn Danae!

  Introduction

“I don’ told this bitch about parking in my spot. Jimmy must want to hear my mouth tonight.”

Pulling into the parking lot of the Ramada Strip Club, Neicey sucked her teeth. For as long as she had been working there, everyone knew which parking spot was hers. At least she thought they did. The fact that there was a sign with her name embedded across it made her even more pissed off. Surely, whoever’s beat down Taurus that was parked there couldn’t read for shit.

“So glad I don’t work there anymore,” Erica chimed in from the other end of the phone.

Before she became a teacher, Erica and Neicey practically ruled the stripping world. They were two of the main reasons Ramada had been popping like it had for so long. Fresh out of high school and college tuition not going to pay for itself, both women moved to Texas. At the time, they were attending college but needed some quick cash. They learned the game, finessed it, and walked away with more money than they had ever touched. Erica did anyway. Neicey was still trying to see all the money she could see.

“I’m not. We used to make so much bread together. Girl, I’m already knowing this degree I have ain’t gon’ ever have me touching money like I am now,” Neicey replied.

She had climbed out of her car and was making her way to the front entrance. A few head nods were given. Bitches mugged her on the sly and niggas even tried to grab her hand, but she kept it pushing. All that extra shit, she was not there for.

“You don’t know that. You can’t strip forever.”

“Until that day comes, I’ll be shaking my ass. What’s up Mike! What it’s looking in there?” she asked the security guard as she approached the door.

“Just the person I needed to see. Jimmy is tripping. You know you’re,” he stopped to look down at the watch on his wrist, “thirty minutes late, right?”

“And, you do know that Jimmy can kiss my fat ass? Why he worried about when I’m arriving to this mufucka? He needs to be checking these broads about parking in my spot. Illiterate ass hoes,” she fussed, marching through the door.

“Girl, they stay doing that dumb shit. Don’t be in there fighting tonight. You know I will pull up and handle them hoes with you.”

“Oh, I know. They know better, though. I’m just about to politely go in here and check a few bitches. They already can’t stand me because I be taking all their little money, so they say,” she said with a chuckle.

Duffle bag on her shoulder, Neicey walked through the club with her head held high. The loud music was knocking through the speakers, and she couldn’t help but bob her head. It seemed as if all eyes were on her as she walked through. She was that bitch, and everyone knew it. Storm is what they called her. She’d come through, fuck up the stage, then leave like nothing ever happened. Ruin people’s lives, but fulfill their fantasies for the allotted time. She had niggas with whole girlfriends, ready to risk it all over a lap dance. Married men ready to give up on their families and place a ring on her finger, but all Neicey cared about was the money and she always would. These men out here were for everybody.

“Politely?” Erica laughed. “You don’t know what that is.”

“Sometimes, I do. Just don’t let a bitch talk slick, and we’ll be fine. Let me go girl. I’m about to walk up in here.”

“Alright, be safe. Call me if you need me,” Erica said.

  “Will do.”

Get in. Get this money. Take my ass home. Those were the words Neicey said to herself while stepping inside the locker room. Just from the envious looks that were getting thrown her way, she knew tonight must have been a slow night for some. It was always slow, until she showed up.

A few perks came with being the top stripper in the game, but Jimmy had also let it be known that Neicey wasn’t running shit; he was. Unlike her designated parking spot, she had to share the locker room with everyone else. Pulling a pack of baby wipes from her bag, she wiped down the bench in front of her locker on the corner and sat her bag down. Bitches in there were nasty as hell and she knew a few of them that didn’t even bother to shower before coming up in there, trying to pop their little pussy.

Hearing a few snickers and sucks of the teeth from behind her, Neicey turned around. It was always the same group of bitches that tried to stunt on her and act tough, but she knew they weren’t about shit. They’d talk their little shit to her, and Neicey talked it right back. Now, if a bitch put their hands on her, she was swinging. She never started the fights first, but she damn sure finished them.

“You hoes find something funny?” Neicey asked, looking each one of them in their eyes.

One girl by the name of Blue, because of her ocean blue eyes, spoke up first. “You think you better than us? Wiping off benches and shit.”

“No boo. You think I’m better than you, and you’re probably right. I know it’s one of you bitches that parked in my spot. I’m sure you struggled in high school and had to take Read 180 classes, but Neicey is not hard to pronounce nor see. Next time that little Taurus is parked in my shit, don’t expect for it to be there when you leave.”

“Bitch, only reason you got that spot is because you fucking Jimmy,” another stripper named Tasty chimed in. Tho
ugh her name was supposed to be appealing, her appearance was far from that. Her name should have been Trifling.

Neicey chuckled. Had she been fucking Jimmy, she would have owned this place and him. The thing was, Jimmy’s dick was too little and his pockets weren’t nearly big enough. His spoiled ex-wife milked him for almost everything he owned. The strip club’s income was one she didn’t want parts of. She couldn’t stand that he had opened it behind her back and she was going to make sure he knew that for as long as he lived.

“That must be your car, duck mouth. Unlike you and your dusty crew, I’ve never fucked a nigga for money. Ask your ugly ass baby daddy. He stays trying to pay for the pussy,” Neicey smirked, patting herself in between the legs. “Tell him, I’m so good.”

Tasty rolled her eyes and stormed out the door. Her baby daddy wasn’t shit and she knew it. Neicey wasn’t even going to throw that out there, but she had pissed her off. Never had she ever had to fuck for money. By the looks of it, Tasty’s nigga couldn’t even support her, so what the hell type of bread was he going to pay her? Like she expected, the two other girls walked out behind her. Neicey smiled as they walked by. Turning her back on them wouldn’t have been a big deal because she knew they weren’t going to do anything. But, she could never be too sure. Bitches get around their friends and suddenly get tough.

  “Whack hoes,” she said aloud.

Openly, she stripped from the pair of jeans she was rocking, pulled the white tank top over her head, and placed it in her bag. She always made sure to shower before she came to work for the night. There was no way in hell she’d ever take a shower in the ones at the club. Though Jimmy did a great job of keeping up the maintenance of the area, the females in there did not.

After changing into her first outfit for the night and making sure her 30-inch blonde weave was looking flawless and makeup still beat, Neicey walked out of the locker room in route to Jimmy’s office. She had expected for him to come in the locker room talking shit to her about being late, but he hadn’t. She found that strange. Jimmy didn’t miss a chance to talk his shit to the dancers, especially Neicey. She was his top money maker and biggest shit talker.

“Hey Storm. You look cute!” someone called out, as she climbed the steps to Jimmy’s office. Her ass cheeks jiggled with each step and bundles flowed seamlessly with each sway.

“Thanks!” she shouted back, not breaking her stride. She appreciated a compliment but, right now, she could do without it.

Bypassing a few doors and people standing around, she knocked twice on the door and waited to be granted access. She had enough respect to wait until she was given permission to be told to come in.

“Come in, Neicey!” Jimmy called out. He had watched her on the security cameras.

“You must be in a shitty mood tonight,” she said, closing the door behind her.

“I could be much worse. Why were you late?”

Neicey rolled her eyes. “Someone parked in my spot.”

“Yeah, at the time you were supposed to be here. You know what time tip in is. I don’t care how much money you’re bringing up in here.”

That was a lie. Had her ass said she was going to quit this second, he’d be on hands and knees begging her not to leave. Jimmy knew what the deal was.

“You do, though. Stop letting them hoes park in my spot, Jimmy. I earned that. So, it’d be nice if I could park where my name resides,” she said while flashing him a smile, one that had been letting Neicey get her way for years with him.

“Get here on time and you can. Now, I have a nigga in a private room wanting a dance. He been waiting on you all night.”

Neicey looked at the clock on the wall and looked back at Jimmy. Whoever this nigga was had to be a little pressed for a private dance. There were strippers out on the floor giving table dances for the low. A private dance from Neicey started out at five hundred, nothing less. That’s how much she charged and, after being labeled as a veteran in the game, niggas didn’t mind paying the starting price at all.

“As you can see, I just got here. He’ll have to wait until I make my rounds. I already peeped a few of my loyal table customers when I walked up,” she replied.

“Yeah, okay. You can make him wait. Don’t say I didn’t warn you though.”

Neicey didn’t normally do table dances, but she had a few niggas who laced her pockets lovely while she was down there. Most of the time, they just wanted her to sit on their laps and talk to them. She’d dance maybe half of a song and be on her way to the next person. She wasn’t too good for them though.

Walking back down the steps, she twerked a little bit to the beat. DJ Smooth was sure to play the best music for the dancers. Strip club music was much better than the regular shit they played on the radio. As soon as her eyes landed on one of her top paying customers eyeing her, a rough hand smacked her ass as she walked by. Though the act was normal for the setting, Neicey hated that shit. She hated how men felt entitled to staking claims on her body. If she wasn’t personally giving him a lap dance, had ever sucked or fucked him, there was no need for him to have his hands anywhere near her.

“Excuse you. Don’t be putting your dick beaters on me unless I give you permission,” she hissed, once swiftly turning around.

The guy smirked. “Ah, whatever. You in here trying to act all bougie, when you ain’t nothing but a hoe.”

As the guy’s dick riding friends chuckled at his lame joke, it took everything in Neicey’s power not to knock the drink he had in his hand in his face. With a smirk, she looked all the men in their eyes that sat at the table before she spoke.

“I’m a hoe because niggas like you pay to see women like me shake my ass? That’s fine but, if I’m a hoe, so is your baby mama. I could have sworn I saw her out on the town with your mans over there.” She gave a subtle head nod to one of the men who laughed earlier. His eyes went wide before his jaw tightened, and Neicey chuckled before walking away.

“Girl, what did you say to him?” a stripper who was walking by asked, trying to be nosey. “They’re getting put out.”

Neicey shrugged her shoulders. “Something he didn’t already know.”

She wasn’t one to sugarcoat a thing or gossip with the bitches in the club. Guys like the one she just clowned were the main reason she hustled the way she did. He tried talking bad about her occupation but was in the club almost every weekend, spending the check he should have been giving to his kids’ mother. Niggas were always concerned with something that had nothing to do with them. She wasn’t a hoe before she turned him down, though. Guys were just bitter.

Rolling her eyes, Neicey fixed her face when Dex, her loyal paying customer, flashed his beautiful smile. Neicey was a sucker for a man with a fly mouthpiece. Look, talk, and feel wise. There was no way she’d let a rude nigga with a duck mouth talk bad to her, ever. It just wasn’t going to happen Thankfully, Dex didn’t have one.

  “Who got you frowning, Storm?”

Neicey smiled. He was always checking for her. “Some lame nigga. What’s up though, Dex. You solo tonight?”

“Yeah. Last minute move. Hopefully, I won’t be when the club closes,” he smirked, and Neicey shook her head. She had given him one taste of her and, like a drug addict after their first hit, Dex was hooked.

“I’m sure you won’t. There’s a bunch of women to take home.”

Getting in her mode, DJ Smooth started playing Bandz a Make her Dance and Neicey began to twerk. Dex was mesmerized by the shape of her ass and how perfect it sat atop her slim waist. A waist Neicey worked damn hard for. The ass, too. She loved to eat and her profession caused her to workout ten times harder for the luxury of eating whatever the hell she wanted. Thankfully, she was blessed with a high metabolism and burned weight off faster than the average person.

Before she could even get fully into the song, a tap was delivered to her shoulder. Looking up, she was greeted by one of the security guards by the name of Ruff.

  “Yes? Is there a problem?”

Ruff leaned in some to whisper in her ear, “The customer in the private room sent me down here to get you.”

Neicey immediately frowned. Eyebrows pinched, she looked around her to see if she was mistaken. “Does he not know how this works? I tend to those who were before him. You and Jimmy both know that.”

Ruff shrugged his shoulders. “Jimmy sent me over her to escort you to the private room.”

“You can’t be serious right now.” Neicey was beyond annoyed. Not only was Dex a big spender, but he had good conversation. Plus, she showed courtesy to her loyal customers. It would be so rude for her to leave him hanging, but whomever the guy was in the private room had her interests slightly piqued.

Instead of telling Dex the truth, she blamed her abrupt departure on Jimmy. “Dex, my fault, but something came up in the office. I can have one of the other dancers come over and treat you right.”

Dex gave her a smile. He wasn’t tripping at all, nor did he want another dancer. “Nah, you good. Handle your business. I think I’ma head out anyway. You straight?”

Neicey started to nod her head but stopped when he peeled off five hundred dollar bills from the stack and handed them to her. “There. Now, you’re straight.”

“Thank you, boo. Come see me again. Next one is on me,” Neicey promised before Ruff followed behind her through the thick crowd.

The entire walk toward the steps, Neicey couldn’t help but wonder why Dex had broken her off so lavishly, just for conversation. He had done it before, but she had actually spent a nice amount of time in his presence. She wasn’t complaining or anything but, if he thought money was the way he was going to win her over, he was sadly mistaken. Neicey had old heads for that. She wanted a man who wanted her for her, not for what she looked like she could offer them.

“What? You gone walk up here with me?” she joked to Ruff, once they made it to the bottom of the staircase that lead to the private rooms.

Ruff smirked. “Only if you need me to. Last room on the right.”
